Extensions in Galileo/Java 6 Branch

This stuff is currently only available in a branch of SMILA that requires Eclipse 3.5 (Galileo) and Java 6. You can find it in our SVN at branches/2009-07-03_Galileo-Migration. We are planning to merge this back to trunk until Milestone 3.
