Charter

  • Should not include any specifics about technologies used in runtimes (Java, OSGi, etc)
  • Should be about defining Runtime as a term and what makes a project fit under the RT project.
  • Projects that are suitable for RT are projects that provide an environment or platform for X
    • Key words are environment and/or platform and the technologies to integrate into a platform or environment.
