Detailed discussions
- Suggestions for next meetings: more screen sharing! Prepare small demos of our new stuff to review (not necessarily long)
- Pin & new instance: various discussions on what it should be, more discussion needed on the subject
- Follow Thread in CFV: It doesn't do anything by default, no discoverable features. Ideas to improve how to present to the user
- Reminder: how to present new features:
- Early on, send an introductory mail to the mailing list to explain what is being implemented, the plan, how, etc - If necessary, ask for in-person discussion. - When ready for review, prepare a small demo for on-line meeting and/or mention to the mailing list - In summary, make sure the community knows what's going on and get ready for discussion. The earlier in the development phase, the better.
