Sirius 4.1.3 was released on 2017-01-31 (tag v4.1.3, commit dabed5af630e30f8c7eedd246643131eee76b6b2). It is available from the following update sites:

Compatibility & Requirements
Sirius 4.1.3 is compatible with the following versions of Eclipse:
