Need to document this deployment. A few comments:
- This deployment includes the RP Protocol Support Component, but to be useful it needs every other component in the Architecture except for RP Enablement and I-Card Manager.
- A deployment of I-Card Manager will need exactly the same set of other components (other than RP Protocol Support)
- So... are we going to define an "everything except" I-Card Manager and RP Protocol Support "sub-"Deployment that could be used as a common building block for both this deployment and the i-card manager deployment?
