Competitions and "hackatons"
An interesting idea to attract students and other contributors is to hold competitions. There could be different kinds of competitions:
- Given a problem, create the best model-based solution
- Create a customization of Papyrus for a particular purpose
Another related proposal is to hold a "hackaton" to, for example, create Papyrus customizations.
