The follow table lists member preferences for "best time" to plan regularly scheduled meetings. The "legend" is as follows
- +1 good time, most likely to be able to attend
- 0 possible time, but less ideal, or may have to miss a few due to conflicts
- -1 bad time, could not attend this time
