Support export AAR - Eclipsepedia

We need to support the export of Axis service archive (AAR) from the workspace to the file system.

The user should be able to:

select a project containing the AAR in exploded form in the workspace to be

exported.

use a Browse button to browse for a destination to export the AAR to.
