Preference Synchronization

1. Add to eclipse.ini: -Doomph.setup.skip=true
2. Only Zip Users: Add http://download.eclipse.org/oomph/updates/milestone/latest
3. Perform Setup Tasks... (normal p2 update is not enough!)
4. Restart
5. If needed: Enable preference recorder
6. Change prefs
