Galileo Support
This will update PTP to support Galileo. The main changes will be support for Eclipse 3.5 and CDT 6.0.
Resource Managers
- Open MPI
- Added support to auto detect version
- Able to specify installation prefix
- Added ability to detect errors in mpirun output (experimental)
