Node server

ported lots of Java server tests to the node server, has helped with identifying (and subsequently fixing) many inconsistencies in the node server
implemented new file store that reads/writes metadata in the format used by the java server, currently being reviewed
experimenting with embedding a console view (shell) in the editor page
planning node server stress-testing and investigating performance characteristics
working on push notifications of file system changes
