Briefly looked at the new ECMAScript libraries for internationalization support. These should be an adequate replacement for the dojo locale functions we used in the past.
Navigator no longer uses dojo/dijit, except a couple of dialogs
- File upload widget still remaining to do
- Other team members will need to help out with transitioning other pages using documentation Susan provided
- Settings page stands out as a piece that will need some time devoted to moving it off dojo
- Some remaining usage of splitter in search and compare pages.
Adding support in shell pages for plugins to have richer functionality
