1. We discussed that the 5 listed topics should be prioritized
   1. Wim suggested to first look at creating an Eclipse Account from the Workbench
      • Mylyn already has code to create a bugzilla account which is the Eclipse way of creating an account. Can we reuse that?
   2. Isuru is going to make a milestone plan with time estimates and an approach plan (i.e. what his ideas are for creation)
2. We use this wiki to create and maintain the project plan
3. We use bugzilla for task management
4. Isuru will file the bugs he found in bugzilla
