Mylyn/SimRel Process

The Mylyn contributions to the SimRel are updated automatically by http://ci.mylyn.org/view/Snapshots/job/update-simrel-contribution/. For manual updates, use b3 Aggregator editor to update versions and push a review to the appropriate branch(es) (e.g. Mars_maintenance and master) of simrel.build repo. The build will not pass until a Mylyn snapshot is built. If only changing versions, can use find and replace in text editor instead of b3 editor.
