M4 Staging - Geoff has reported some instability issues - should be staged tonight (PDT)
- Initial Setup Feature - plugin visability - bug to be fixed in RC1 if upgrade 1. if user have a plugin - regardless of category - show user mandatory, any they need to upgrade and any that are dependencies of my installed plugins 2. do not offer to install other recommended or featured plugins if new install 1. show mandatory, recommended and featured as option to install
