Risk of not getting everything on our Helios plan done
API work raising many related problems that we'd like to work out
Want to avoid committing weak design points to API
Can we produce a reduced API that is still functionally complete for a sufficient number of client use cases
Use cases to focus on:
1. People writing install actions
2. Custom touchpoints
3. Extenders wanting to install extra function via a custom UI (Mylyn, WTP)

Please try out PDE support for self-hosting p2 in target workspace
