Status for M5

One more fix for p2
- Regression caused an endless loop (still investigating). Probably will need to branch.
Tom is investigating the NPE in the Publisher.
- Is there a reason to be an any thread app.

Filter patch

Patch is needed to pass the errata CT fix for OSGi R4.2
- Has been in 3.6 stream for many Milestones and is safe.
John will +1 for 3.5.2
