Rules of engagement
1. look for persistence.xml files.
1.1. verify that the version number is 2.0.
2. Collect Persistence units.
3. loop over persistence units
3.1 read all orm.xml files (and eclipselinkorm.xml)
3.2 Add list classes from persistence.xml that were not in orm.xml (must have an @Entity on it)
3.3 if not metadatcomplete
3.3.1 search source for @Entity - add them to the list.
