Trying to align milestones with Galileo (with 28 bugs) - we may not be freezing

Orphan removal in progress

WebSphere7 fix for a clear in the middle of afterCompletion is going in today

Integration between JPA and SDO
- - need a single test framework suitable to both - without introducing failure dependencies for pure JPA or SDO tests
- - jaxb and sdo should be able to use JPA - trying to mirror customer environments
- - we need a new test component - not off the sdo or jpa component
