• (John): Update on DTP third party libs in Europa from Eclipse legal

Minutes

• (John): DTP 1.5M5 was posted last Friday along with Europa. Did not use "end-user" and "extender" features for this milestone, pending further discussion at EclipseCon Planning Council meeting.
• (John): We need to complete a Contribution Questionaire for using Xerces and getting LPG 1.2 approved. John will work on this and involve others as necessary.
