Qompass is part of the extra plugins in Papyrus. In order to install it, open the standard Eclipse installation dialog (Help->Install New Software).

Within, select the Papyrus update site (assuming that Papyrus is already installed. Otherwise, choose the update site, as shown in [https://www.eclipse.org/papyrus/updates/ Papyrus update]).

When the Papyrus update site is selected, deselect the "group items by category" option and search for Qompass. You will find the basic Qompass feature. As Qompass is extensible, support for additional containers and interaction components is available in model libraries that are available by additional features.
