Integrating TPTP and SAP Heap Profilers (Part 2).

• Few post-4.5 resoruces so only working on defects.
• We will add their enh but we cannot commit to any enah without a resoruce contribution.

• Parallel agent startup errors, InactiveProcessException
• Test Navigator link to editor doesn't work when multiple editors open on file mapping to same proxy node.
• Unable to create proxy for testsuite
• Cannot remove a test invocation to a removed HTTP request.
