EclipseCon Panel Update

The EclipseCon program committee has asked for a BOF instead of a regular session panel for the UI Best Practices Panel. We will organize a BOF at EclipseCon. Mik, Neil, Kevin, and Bob would likely be in attendance.

Finalizing the UI Checklist

A a little reordering of the checklist is needed plus a minor update to the Guidelines, then the checklist is final. This can be tracked on bug 205326.
