Support Policy

The IT Support Policy for Entreprise/Strategic Members enables specific contacts from Eclipse Foundation Entreprise and Strategic Member companies to contact the webmaster for important issue resolution outside of webmaster hours.

Please see the IT SLA document for more information on webmaster support, hours, services covered and available communication channels.

If your parent company is a Strategic or Entreprise Member of the Eclipse Foundation please talk to your Company Representative, or the Eclipse Webmaster, for information regarding the Support Policy.
