Ramp Down

The ramp-down is a description of our activities heading into the Ganymede release. It's necessary for all Ganymede projects.

RC1 - May 21 - feature completeness in all components, all Ganymede requirements met
RC2 - May 28 - testing and bugfixing
RC3 - Jun 4 - testing and bugfixing, release review for Ganymede
RC4 - Jun 11 - testing, bugfixing, blogging
GA - Jun 18 - Ship it!
