To install PDT nightly builds, please use the hudson build server:

https://hudson.eclipse.org/hudson/job/cbi-pdt-3.0-indigo/

Expand the plus-icon in front of "last successful build" and download the pdt-update-<timestamp>.zip file, then use the update manager to install the archive.
