editor shortcuts to add/remove block and line comments now use the language-appropriate delimiters based on the selection
settings page now live updates in response to plug-in loads/unloads
various JS tooling bug fixes
new JS tooling tests, particularly around "Quick fix all"
fix to mitigate references UI getting out of sync from file changes
