OSEE/DownloadInstallAndConfigureOsee/Install OSEE as an Eclipse Repository

  1. Start Eclipse
  2. Select Help > Install New Software...
  3. Click the Add... button
  4. Enter the following values in the Add Repository dialog:
    • Name: OSEE Repository Archive
      Image:OseeScreenShotAddRepository.png
  5. Click Archive...
  6. Locate the ZIP file downloaded with <these> instructions and click Open
  7. Click OK
  8. Check the osee_client ... entry. Note that this will automatically check all the children of this item

  9. Click the Next > button.
  10. (It may take a few moments for the software to calculate the requirements and dependencies)
  11. When presented with a list of packages you may modify the selections or leave the default choices

  12. Click Next >
  13. Read the License text

  14. If you agree with the terms of the license select I accept the terms of the license agreements
  15. Click Finish
  16. IMPORTANT! Click No in the Software Updates dialog

    It is important to shutdown Eclipse and that you don't restart Eclipse until you have completed the database initialization <HERE>.
