To run all the MoDisco unit tests, you can:
- Checkout all the tests under https://dev.eclipse.org/svnroot/modeling/org.eclipse.gmt.modisco/tests/trunk/
- On the class
org.eclipse.gmt.modisco.tests.AllTests, select Run As > JUnit Plug-in Test
