This release was essentially a maintenance release built to work with Eclipse 2022-06 (4.24).
General
The Linux Tools project has moved to github: Linux Tools github site
Docker Tooling
The Docker Tooling code has been modified to rewrite the copy to/from Container logic and to support Windows WSL plus better support for links. In addition, the Docker LS editor has been updated to 0.9.0.
Libhover devhelp
A fix has been made to support modern devhelp files in the Libhover devhelp feature.
