Open HEAD

Start opening head soon. Goal is Wednesday. Will discuss at the Wednesday call.

Planning process

Moving to Java 5.
- Concerns over supporting J2ME. OSGi R4.3 specification will be implementable on Foundation 1.1 still. The core framework will likely still support Foundation 1.1 VMs.
- IDE will likely move up to Java 5. Questions about moving RCP up.
Need to start the plan for next release.
