Enable debug options for STP

put the stp_debug.options under Eclipse dir with following contents 

org.eclipse.stp.common/debug=true
org.eclipse.stp.common/info=true
org.eclipse.stp.common/error=true

Start eclipse with following command: 

Eclipse.exe -debug stp_debug.options
