Summary

  • Sequoyah migration and build status
    • It is understood that Pulsar will be the package created by Sequoyah, as that is the known "brand".
    • The team is running local build scripts, but are not currently working with Buckminster.
      • [ERIC] Ask Ian Skerrett what the guidance is for this for the short term and long term.
    • SVN is provisioned and operational with code moved from TmL and Pulsar. Build scripts operate to create components. Now working on the branding changes from TmL to Sequoyah.
    • Project home page - Team is working with Matt@Eclipse to migrate web and wiki sites to new name. Migration should occur soon (i.e. next week or so)
    • Bugzilla - Bugzilla now has Sequoyah names and milestones. TmL names and milestones are gone.
  • Helios Train
    • Exception voting for being on train is ongoing. Presently have the 3 yes votes, but need to wait 1 full week to allow a dissenting opinion.
    • Eric and Marcel to work on documenting the Helios train requirements offline
  • Roadmap planning
    • The Sequoyah project plan document is currently not in a usable condition. This is something that we need to work on after we have a solid roadmap for the project.
    • The Signing framework that was part of MTJ still exists as code, but it is not presently integrated into Sequoyah. As part of the roadmap planning, need to find the proper time to integrate these pieces.
  • Notes
  • Christian mentions that the Pulsar SDK discovery mechanism will probably not work with the new Mylyn P2 connector.
    • {Eric} to contact Ronnie @ Nokia to find a resource to work on this.
  • [ERIC] Talk to Ian about the status of the Sony-Ericsson collaboration.
