Complete review and send comments back by Monday, June 23th 2008. Note: Any comments sent back sooner would be appreciated.

Please be very specific on what needs to be changed. Show changes in a different color so the changes can easily be recognized.
How to Send Review Comments:
- Mark up the PDF file with Adobe Acrobat
- Send email showing specific changes
- Copy text from the PDF file to an MS Word document and mark up changes
