Boris is a committer on the Eclipse Platform UI component and the Eclipse e4 project. He has worked on the CVS integration for Eclipse 1.0, and joined the Platform UI team in 2005. In 2007, he was appointed to the Eclipse Architecture council. He likes to argue that we should get rid of as much listener code as possible, that the Singleton pattern must be avoided, and that dependency injection is a good thing.
