Declare UI checklist final
We are done for now. Mik will do a final read through and close the bug. We now have *do* list. We should do a *don't* do list.
Promote the UI checklist and UI guidelines
- add a link from the guidelines to the UI Checklist
- update the Ganymede project page with correct links to the guidelines and checklist
