Things we've done well
- PDE/CruiseControl -> Maven(CBI) migration
- Reduce backlog of untriaged WIs (Roberto Sanchez)
Things we'd like to improve on
- Development bootstrapping (Getting started instructions)
- Related to Development bootstrapping, adopting tools like Gerrit (Roberto Sanchez)
- Advertising Help wanted - mentoring new developers
- Keeping the plugin/feature version ids synchronized with the pom.xml
- Documenting (or advertising where existing documents are) core things, like .component file design (Roberto Sanchez)
