** fixed 18 defects 
** other 4 were investigated and a resolution provided
** Rohit raised a requirement for one of the  4.5 LTA features: providing a way for hooking up a component that will resolve translated log messages in the workbench locale
** need to makes sure that the extension points will permit this enhancement to be done on the proprietary code side
** tests have been assigned to the LTA team
