This is about structuring our activities in the milestones coming up to Europa. Milestones/RC's are to retain 1 week of bugfixing at the end of the milestone. The final 4 weeks of work is to be dedicated to bugfixing, website and documentary updates and minor usability changes. Starting at post M6 (after April 11), we will be operating things on a tighter basis. Bugzillas to be submitted for all proposed work, and approval for work to go through the PMC, requiring a single +1 to approve.
