- SCA tools 1.0.0 RC4 is available for Ganymede (see download section).

- May 21, 2008: A newsgroup named SCA Tools was created to discuss about the SCA Tools project (news://news.eclipse.org/eclipse.stp.sca-tools).
- May 20, 2008: Declaration for the SCA Tools Project.
- May 7, 2008: We released Ganymede M7 (update site: http://download.eclipse.org/stp/updates/ganymede).

- October 2007: EBM WebSourcing proposes to develop an SCA Composite Editor. This textual editor will provide auto-completion for XML attributes and values according to "known" SCA components.
- October 2007: End of the IP process.
