- Add to eclipse.ini: -Doomph.setup.skip=true
- Only Zip Users: Add http://download.eclipse.org/oomph/updates/milestone/latest
- Perform Setup Tasks... (normal p2 update is not enough!)
- Restart
- If needed: Enable preference recorder
- Change prefs
