This is a stub for later completion of the PTP release notes for release 5.0, planned for June 2011.

Installation of pre-release versions of PTP 5.0
If you are a developer or just like to live on the bleeding edge ...
- Install Eclipse 3.7 'Indigo' and PTP 5.0
- You can install the new "Eclipse IDE for Parallel Application Developers" from http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/indigo/m5 - one single download and install step!
- Or, install Eclipse 3.7 'Indigo' also from http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/indigo/m5 by choosing e.g. Eclipse Classic or the Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers.
- Then, install CDT from the Indigo update site if you don't have the C/C++ IDE
- Install PTP from the Indigo update site
The contents of the 'proxy' are under the eclipse/plugins/ directory of your installation. Move the appropriate one to your target machine and build as the 4.0 Release Notes describe.
