PDT 1.0.3 contains a number of fixes and enhancements.
- Support for XDebug 2.0.3 (XDebug 2.0.3 doesn't work properly with PDT 1.0.2)
- Support for linked files and folders
- Experimental support for DBGp Proxies (eg., the proxy available from activestate)
- Addressed an issue with regards to TCP delays.
