- released several inferencing engine fixes, now uses much less memory

- released server fixes for running on Windows (no longer depend on native file locking by default)
- released new mac keybinding for traversing splitters
- plugins can be auto-loaded, rather than lazy
- merging collaboration work into master (node server)
- started working on node server->client notifications of server file changes
