- working on handling of editor lines that have multiple decorations
- editor shortcuts to add/remove block and line comments now use the language-appropriate delimiters based on the selection
- settings page now live updates in response to plug-in loads/unloads
- various JS tooling bug fixes
- new JS tooling tests, particularly around "Quick fix all"
- fix to mitigate references UI getting out of sync from file changes
