- I-Card instances instantiated and managed by this I-Card Provider implement the ICard and ITokenCard interfaces (see I-Card Interfaces)
- Retreives signed security tokens from CardSpace-compatible IdP/STSes and acceptable by CardSpace-compatible RPs
- Imports CardSpace-format managed card files
