Docker Tooling
Docker Tooling has switched over from using com.spotify.docker-client to using org.mandas.docker-client. This was required due to com.spotify.docker-client no longer being maintained upstreamed. The new org.mandas.docker-client has updated the dependency stack in Orbit with fixes.
