The JSDT Chrome project is in the experimental phase and is not part of any official release. To test the support you must build the bundle from source.

Overview
The JSDT Chrome project was started simply to try implementing the JSDI interfaces for the Google Chrome browser using the ChromeDevTools protocol. There are no plans to fully (or otherwise) duplicate the effort of the ChromeDevTools project.
The source code can be found in the JSDT debug git repo in the org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.debug.chrome project.
