IContext.addEntity(URI entityType, String entityID)
- To create a blank Entity just set the entityId param to null. Do we agree on this?
- Should we define IContext.addEntity(URI entityType) as a convenience method to create blank Entities?

- If called on a blank Entity does this return null?
