ITEA 2 (Information Technology for European Advancement) is an industry-driven cooperative Research & Development programme to maintain European leadership in software-intensive systems. It is funded and coordinated by the EUREKA pan-European organization. The OPEES project is one of the ITEA 2 initiatives.
